A damaged roof doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither do we. Big Toms Roofing keeps trucks staged around Medinah so a certified roofer can be looking at your roof within hours, not days, with a straight-talk estimate before any work starts.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in Medinah has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Roof Installation crews are local, licensed, and accountable — every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
Whether it's an emergency leak at 2am or a planned replacement you've been putting off, Big Toms Roofing brings the same certified crew and the same upfront pricing to every Medinah job.
When a tree limb punches through decking or shingles peel back in a wind event, water gets in fast. We prioritize emergency calls in Medinah above scheduled work, get a tarp on within hours, and document everything with photos for your insurance file.
A Roof Installation replacement is one of the biggest investments a Medinah homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way — daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Medinah to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
Buying or selling a home in Medinah? A pre-purchase roof inspection gives you real leverage in negotiations and peace of mind about what you're actually buying — no guessing about remaining roof life.
Ice damming is a real problem in Medinah, IL winters when it happens. We install proper ice-and-water shield and improve attic insulation and ventilation to stop the freeze-thaw cycle that damages eaves.
We're not trying to be the biggest Roof Installation company in Medinah, IL — we're trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your neighbor.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof — no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
Magnetic nail sweeps and tarp-protected landscaping are standard on every job, not an upsell.
We don't cherry-pick these — they're representative of the calls, texts, and reviews we get after most Roof Installation jobs in Medinah.
